Part-Time Nanny - Engadine, NSW

About the role

A family in Engadine, NSW is looking for a mature, experienced and nurturing nanny to care for three young boys: a three-year-old toddler and nine-month-old twin boys. The role suits someone who enjoys imaginative play, outdoor activities and supporting children's emotional development, and offers a long-term position starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Care for the three children, including following the babies' feeding, sleep and daily routines
• Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity and development
• Support imaginative play and help the toddler develop positive social skills
• Maintain a safe, stimulating environment and encourage outdoor play in the garden when the weather permits
• Support toilet training and prepare simple, healthy snacks and basic lunchbox food as needed
• Keep the children's spaces clean and tidy, assist with laundry where time permits, and limit screen time
• Potentially take the children on outings to parks or other activities when transport is arranged

Required profile

• 5+ years of previous nanny or early childhood experience
• Substantial experience caring for babies, twins and toddlers, with relevant childcare qualifications, excellent references and proven experience
• Working with Children's Check, current First Aid certificate, non-smoker, full driver's licence and own car
• Gentle but consistent, patient, reliable and communicative, able to set clear, age-appropriate boundaries
