About the role
The Daily Organiser supports the Director of Operations and the Daily Organisation Team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations at Parade College. Working part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week), the role focuses on coordinating teacher cover, managing duty rosters and facilitating the use of school facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage short‑term cover for teacher absences.
- Maintain and update duty rosters to supervise students outside class time.
- Schedule and organise significant school events and the allocation of classrooms and common areas.
- Support the scheduling and rostering of key college programmes.
- Enter and validate data across multiple platforms with high accuracy.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and external partners.
