Part-time Café Staff – 4 Days/Week, M-F 6am-1:30pm, No Weekends

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, health‑focused café in Welshpool as a part‑time barista. You will work the morning shift, Monday to Friday, delivering high‑quality coffee and promoting our raw, vegan and gluten‑free menu.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to exacting standards.
• Create and serve cold‑pressed juices, kombucha, kefir and nutritional lattes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area and equipment.
• Stock and rotate raw, vegan and gluten‑free products.
• Educate customers on health benefits of raw foods and beverages.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet service targets.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with strong self‑motivation.
• Full driver’s licence (non‑P‑plate) required.
• Availability for 06:00‑13:30 shifts, Monday‑Friday only.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and achieving targets.
