Part-Time Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Brewery Bar + Kitchen is a pub-style sports bar near Accor Stadium, part of the Sydney Olympic Park precinct which also includes Pullman, Novotel and Ibis hotels. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Beverage Supervisor supports the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members of The Brewery while delivering high-quality guest experiences. This is a part-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members of The Brewery
• Play a key role in major event activations
• Coach and support team members
• Ensure compliance across the beverage, gaming and restaurant areas

Required profile

• Availability to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days
• RSA and RCG competency card
• Full working rights in Australia
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a pub or similar role is advantageous

Required skills

• Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits and cocktails
• Guest-focused, hands-on approach and passion for developing the team
• Confident leadership with excellent communication, organisation and people skills
