About the role
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a 5-star luxury hotel in the city centre, is looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join its cocktail bar, the Atrium Bar. The role is part-time and involves running the beverage service from preparing the station and stocking supplies to presenting drinks to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages
- Run the beverage service: prepare the station, manage stock and equipment, and present drinks to guests
Required profile
- Victorian Resident Status (RS)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel experience desirable
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Great communication skills
Required skills
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine
