Park Manager - Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is recruiting a Park Manager for its Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park, one of South Australia's most sought-after coastal destinations on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, from front office and housekeeping to grounds and maintenance, with hands-on support wherever needed. Complimentary on-site accommodation is available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team while building a positive, service-excellence culture
• Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management and cost control
• Oversee park presentation, asset management and preventative maintenance so facilities stay safe, compliant and guest-ready
• Manage capital improvement projects and operational initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and business performance
• Monitor key business metrics and identify ways to improve efficiency and financial outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and compliance across the park
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods
• Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers and the local community

Required profile

• Proven success as a Park Manager, Assistant Park Manager, Resort Manager or senior hospitality, tourism or accommodation leader
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Passion for guest experiences and a positive team culture
• Confident in workplace health and safety, risk management, compliance and operational standards
• Hands-on, adaptable leadership style and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, resilient and accountable, with a track record in seasonal environments
• Current and valid working with children check (essential)
