Paralegal - Family Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced family‑law paralegal to join our AI‑driven legal tech team. You will act as the human backup for our AI Paralegal product, handling cases where the AI reaches its limits and turning those interventions into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to real‑time inbound requests from law firms via chat‑style messages, with full case context.
• Access the backend system to correct, complete, or finish tasks the AI could not finish.
• Communicate with clients and lawyers by phone to clarify needs and ensure accurate outcomes.
• Convert every manual fix into a detailed product ticket for the development team.
• Prioritise a reactive queue of requests, delivering timely resolutions.
• Prepare existing matters for integration with the AI Paralegal platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to test and refine new features for family‑law firms.

Required profile

• Solid family‑law paralegal experience across multiple firms.
• Confidence to interact with family lawyers and push back when necessary.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and an eye for detail.
• Excellent written communication for clear ticket creation.
