Paralegal – Customer Service & LegalTech Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Paralegal who combines legal expertise with a strong focus on customer service within a fast‑growing LegalTech environment in Australia. The role bridges legal drafting, technical support and client success, helping customers navigate legal processes and maximise the value of our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and organise legal documents and agreements according to client specifications.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries about services, account management and platform functionality.
• Assist customers with technical setup, including integration with source‑code management tools.
• Support sales teams by engaging prospects, answering questions and delivering guidance via email and web channels.
• Prepare clear customer reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction, retention and overall service quality.
• Act as a trusted advocate, identifying challenges and driving successful outcomes for users.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a blend of legal knowledge and customer‑service experience.
• Background as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong written English communication skills and professional interaction ability.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Ability to draft, review and organise legal documents with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and SaaS platforms.
