Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

AEK Media, one of Australia’s fastest‑growing agencies, is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join its marketing team in Crows Nest, Sydney. You will manage Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns for brands in healthcare, law, e‑commerce and B2B, turning ad spend into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise end‑to‑end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads while managing budgets and pacing.
• Develop paid‑media strategies aligned with client revenue or lead targets, focusing on cost‑per‑lead, cost‑per‑acquisition and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, design and web teams to test ad creatives and landing pages, scaling successful variations.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager and deliver clear performance reports to clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify performance drivers and optimise campaigns.
• Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple accounts.
