Packing Assistant / Food Pick Packer

About the role

Feedwell is seeking reliable Packing Assistants to prepare and pack fresh food orders from our Sydney CBD kitchen. You will cut sandwiches and wraps, arrange them neatly in catering boxes, and ensure each order is accurate and presentable before it leaves the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Cut sandwiches and wraps neatly and consistently.
• Arrange and display items carefully in catering boxes.
• Verify labels and pack complete customer orders accurately.
• Cross‑check each order against the customer order form.
• Perform final quality checks to guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and food‑safe workstation.
• Work efficiently at a fast pace without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Good organisational skills and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and able to lift/move items safely.
• Reliability and punctuality for early‑morning starts.
• Willingness to learn and follow clear training instructions.
