About the role

The Overnight In‑Room Dining Attendant delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless and personalised dining experience in the comfort of their rooms. This position works independently throughout the night to support guest requests and uphold Four Seasons service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally during overnight operations.
• Set up, present, and clear in‑room dining orders according to Four Seasons standards.
• Respond to guest requests, enquiries, and special dining requirements efficiently.
• Process guest orders, payments, and billing transactions using hotel systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service areas, pantries, and equipment.
• Liaise with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, in‑room dining, hospitality, or a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm and efficient during overnight operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification required.
