About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as an Outdoor Dining Attendant, providing exceptional food and beverage service in the iconic desert setting near Uluru. You will work onsite in Yulara, delivering memorable experiences to guests while enjoying breathtaking views.

Key responsibilities

• Perform table speeches and explain beverage packages to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Set up outdoor dining areas, load and unload supplies, and pack down after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the dining site.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about working outdoors in a desert environment.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Willing to live onsite at Yulara, NT.
