Outbound Sales Representative - Tyre & Conveyor Belt Recycling

About the role

ThroughCycle Rubber, a division of CTS Tyre Recycling, turns end-of-life tyres and used conveyor belts into Australian-made rubber products such as road surfacing additives, commercial underlay, transport matting and landscape products. It is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to grow its client base and help Australian industries meet their ESG and waste compliance targets. The role is based in Neerabup with hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify outbound leads by phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits
• Run discovery meetings and tailor sales pitches to client pain points and compliance needs
• Build a pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage customer data, sales activity and conversion metrics in CRM tools
• Attend industry events and site visits to promote the service offering
• Work with operations, logistics and the General Manager to onboard new clients
• Give field feedback on pricing, product positioning and strategy

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience (25 years), ideally in environmental services, recycling, waste or industrial sectors
• Persuasive, consultative sales style and strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who handles objections and works autonomously
• Valid driver's licence and comfort with on-site meetings and expos
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
• Desirable: experience selling to mining, logistics or heavy industry; knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability reporting or circular economy; familiarity with procurement managers, environmental officers and OH&S teams
