Sales Representative - Sustainable Rubber Products

About the role

ThroughCycle Rubber, a division of CTS Tyre Recycling, manufactures Australian-made rubber products from 100% recycled tyres, including transport matting, flooring underlay, landscaping materials and road surfacing additives. It is looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow its client base and serve industries such as construction, landscaping, flooring, transport and government procurement. The role is based in Neerabup, WA, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects with builders, architects, landscapers, councils and distributors
• Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, site visits, trade shows and events
• Qualify leads and build a sales pipeline using the CRM system
• Manage accounts end to end, provide technical product information and sustainability insights, and handle orders and quotes
• Develop and run sales plans across the territory, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at expos and industry events

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, landscaping, flooring or related sectors
• Relationship-first sales approach and confident communication
• Passion for sustainability and the circular economy
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally
• Bonus: experience in recycled products or government procurement, knowledge of flooring, landscaping or infrastructure solutions, and familiarity with CRM software
