Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

CareVicinity is a start-up platform connecting care workers with people who need support, and is growing its marketplace by turning care workers into active platform users. As an Outbound Sales Representative you will run high-volume, phone-led sales (80+ calls per day) to convert providers, guide them through onboarding and help them build a sustainable pipeline of work. The role also includes first-line platform support, resolving blockers and answering inbound queries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry through to onboarding and activation.
• Conduct outbound phone outreach (80+ calls per day) using consultative selling to show the value of the platform.
• Help workers understand how to use the platform to search for and apply for jobs, lodge shifts and manage their activity.
• Provide first-line support by phone, email and chat, and re-engage inactive providers.
• Liaise with Client Success, Compliance and Accounts teams to coordinate onboarding and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate provider records and onboarding progress in company systems, and look for ways to improve conversion, adoption and retention.

Required profile

• Previous call centre or high-volume sales experience; previous outbound sales experience is highly regarded.
• Enjoys working towards targets and KPIs, and can handle objections and influence outcomes.
• Ambitious, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Quick learner of new systems; tech confidence helps.
• Full Australian working rights and a current police check, or willingness to obtain one.
