About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Qualified Educator in the Baldivis area, delivering engaging before‑ and after‑school care for primary‑school children. You will build lasting relationships with children, families, and the school community while working a split‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of before‑ and after‑school programs for primary‑school aged children.
• Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
• Provide additional support to nearby services across the region when needed.
• Participate in the School Holiday Program, covering extended hours as required.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• Current state working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Hold a WA First Qualified Educator qualification recognised by ACECQA.
