OSHC Permanent Educator (Qualified)

About the role

As an OSHC Permanent Educator in the Melville area, you will build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community while delivering engaging before and after‑school care programs for primary‑school‑aged children.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of before and after‑school care programs during term time.
• Provide additional support to nearby services across the region when needed.
• Work split shifts from 2:45 pm to 5:15 pm and potentially cover school holiday programs.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• Hold or be actively working towards a WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator qualification recognised by ACECQA.
