OSHC Mobile Coordinator

About the role

The OSHC Mobile Coordinator will lead and inspire across our out‑of‑school‑hours care (OSHC) services in the Treeby region. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will travel between sites, provide hands‑on leadership, and help create safe, inclusive environments where children aged 5‑12 can learn, play and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple OSHC sites to deliver leadership, support staffing and ensure high‑quality program delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including rostering, administration and compliance with ACECQA standards.
• Facilitate engaging activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Collaborate with other Mobile Coordinators to share best practices and maintain consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Natural leader with a passion for guiding educators and supporting child‑centred programs.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, state working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completed WA First Qualified Educator qualification or equivalent ACECQA‑recognised credential.

Required skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to different service environments.
• Strong organisational skills for rostering and compliance management.
