About the role

Join the OSHC team at Helping Hands Burpengary to create exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experiences for primary school children. The role is designed to fit around university timetables, placements, or other commitments, offering guaranteed minimum hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rise then Shine (morning) and Stay and Play (afternoon) programs for primary‑school aged children.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment that promotes children’s development through play.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a relevant qualification to work as a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in Queensland.
• Availability for split‑shift days Tuesday‑Thursday and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• National police check (covered by employer) and state Working‑with‑Children check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.
