About the role
The OSHC Educator works primarily at the Gembrook service, supporting children before and after school. You will build relationships with families, children, and the wider school community while delivering a safe, engaging environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver supervised activities during the 7‑9 am pre‑school shift and the 2:45‑6:00 pm after‑school shift.
- Provide additional coverage to nearby services when needed, including school holidays.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
- Australian working rights, national police check (covered by employer), state working‑with‑children check, and completion of National Child Safety Training.
Required skills
- Ability to obtain or hold a relevant VIC Diploma‑level qualification for educators.
