OSHC Educator – After‑School Care

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Educator at Chatswood Primary OSHCare, delivering high‑quality after‑school care and building lasting relationships with children, families and school staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during after‑school sessions, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow educators to support children’s development through play.
• Provide occasional support to nearby services when additional staffing is required.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer) and hold a state working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and facilitate engaging activities for children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
