OSHC Coordinator (Qualified) – Melville Area

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school care service in the Melville area. You will create a safe, welcoming environment where children aged 5‑12 can learn, play and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and develop a dynamic, child‑centred program featuring STEM, sports, cooking and arts & crafts.
• Manage daily operations, roster planning, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification recognised by ACECQA.
