OSHC Coordinator – Point Cook and Surrounds

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an experienced, diploma‑qualified OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of passionate educators at its Point Cook before‑ and after‑school services. You will oversee programs for children aged 5‑12, ensuring a safe, engaging environment while managing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a dynamic, child‑centered program that includes STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts, and club activities.
• Manage staff rosters, supervise educators, and handle administrative duties such as compliance reporting and record‑keeping.
• Maintain a safe environment by overseeing child‑safety checks, police checks and working‑with‑children clearances.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and office team for mentorship, coaching and operational support.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and fostering professional growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (company will cover the cost).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• VIC Diploma‑Level qualification (or working towards) for an educator role in accordance with ACECQA.

Required skills

• Ability to create and manage engaging educational activities for children aged 5‑12.
• Strong organisational skills for roster planning, compliance and admin tasks.
