OSHC Coordinator - Melville Area

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead its service in the Melville area. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years, running Rise then Shine (6:45am-9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:30pm-6:00pm). It is a permanent part-time position of 28.75 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Lead a team of Educators and build strong relationships with children, families and the school community.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including WA First Qualified Educator.
• National police check and Australian working rights (the employer covers the police check).
• Working-with-children check.
• Child safety training completed via Gecko before onboarding.
