OSHC Coordinator (Mandurah)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school care service in the Mandurah area. You will create a safe, welcoming environment where children aged 5‑12 can learn, play and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and manage daily operations for Rise then Shine (6:30‑8:45 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Design and deliver engaging activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Oversee rostering, compliance, administration and ensure a child‑centered program.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting their growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State Working‑with‑Children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.

Required skills

• Completed WA First Qualified Educator qualification (ACE​CQA‑recognised).
