OSHC Coordinator (Kilcoy)

About the role

The OSHC Coordinator will lead a team of educators delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12 years in Kilcoy. This permanent, part‑time position involves designing engaging activities, managing daily operations and fostering strong relationships with families and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a child‑centred program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage rosters, compliance, daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support educator development.
• Partner with families, schools and internal stakeholders to grow the service.

Required profile

• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in Queensland (ACECQA).
• Leadership experience working with children.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.
• Australian work rights and willingness to obtain Police and Working with Children checks.

Required skills

• Strong communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to organise rosters, compliance documentation and daily operations.
