About the role

Join Our Lady of Fatimah Caringbah as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators in a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12. This permanent, part‑time position offers split shifts that give you midday free time for study, family or personal pursuits.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage the educators’ roster, oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative duties, including payroll, reporting and maintaining safety records.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support staff development.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• Current state Working‑with‑Children check and Australian work rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
