OSHC Coordinator – Australind Area

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead its before‑ and after‑school care service in the Australind area. This permanent part‑time position offers 31.5 hours per week, including paid non‑contact administration time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators across the Rise then Shine (7:00‑9:00 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children to learn and play.
• Maintain compliance with ACECQA standards, police checks, and working‑with‑children requirements.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting their growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• Australian working rights and state working‑with‑children check.
• Completed WA First Qualified Educator qualification or equivalent ACECQA‑recognised credential.

Required skills

• Experience in early childhood education or out‑of‑school‑hours care.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and administrative duties.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
