About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Assistant Coordinator in Aubin Grove, supporting the day‑to‑day running of an Outside School Hours Care service and delivering engaging programs for primary‑school children.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a team of dedicated Educators onsite.
• Manage rosters, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child‑led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.

Required profile

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State Working‑with‑Children check and Australian working rights.
• Completed ACECQA‑recognised qualification – WA First Qualified Educator.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging educational activities.
• Strong organisational and roster‑management capabilities.
