OSHC Assistant Coordinator

About the role

Join the Chatswood Primary OSHCare team as an Assistant Coordinator, a permanent part‑time position (30 hours per week) working split shifts. You will develop leadership, operations and team‑management skills while making a positive impact on the local school community.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of educators onsite.
• Manage rosters, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child‑led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Develop skills and experience needed for future management opportunities.

Required profile

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• State working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
