About the role

Join Holy Cross Primary OSHCare in Bondi Junction as an Assistant Coordinator. This permanent, part‑time position offers 19 hours per week across split shifts, giving you flexibility to balance work, study, or family commitments while gaining hands‑on leadership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child‑led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Develop skills and experience needed for future management opportunities.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• State working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
