Organizational Change Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives across large, complex transformation programs. You will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with senior leaders, program sponsors and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption of business, technology and operating model changes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end change management strategies aligned with program objectives.
• Conduct impact, readiness and stakeholder analyses and develop communication, engagement, training and adoption plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, coach leaders on change leadership and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Define and track adoption metrics, identify resistance risks and embed reinforcement mechanisms.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering change on large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or related field.

Required skills

• Change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent.
• Experience with technology‑enabled transformations (ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, digital platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
