- Maintain tracking registers, departmental dashboards, order logs and budget documents.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, site teams, external suppliers and community partners.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in office support, logistics coordination or program administration.
- Experience or a strong desire to work respectfully alongside First Nations people in remote settings (highly desirable).
- Ability to hold or obtain a valid NT driver's licence.
- Certificates III or IV in Business Administration or Community Services are desirable.
- Occasional travel to remote ALPA communities by 4WD or light aircraft may be required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with attention to detail in tracking data and registers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Proactive problem solving and ability to manage competing deadlines.
What we offer
- Purpose-driven work supporting remote First Nations communities.
- A supportive, values-based culture centred on respect, integrity and safety.
