Operations Manager - Kmart Mt Isa

About the role

Kmart is looking for an Operations Manager for its Mt Isa store. As a key member of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance and team success through operational excellence, great customer experiences and strong compliance, while supporting financial outcomes and building a positive, inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Leadership and motivation: drive performance and engagement through recognition, coaching and managing development and underperformance.
• Strategic thinking: analyse issues, strengthen store processes and implement systems that deliver consistent results.
