Operations Lead – Westfield Sydney

About the role

The Operations Lead joins the store leadership team at ALO Westfield Sydney, driving profitability, efficiency and a safe, inviting environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management, ensuring accuracy, reducing shrink and addressing root‑cause issues.
• Oversee key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor replenishment and visual standards.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, reporting, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Recruit, develop and evaluate Operations Associates, providing continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to execute cross‑functional training and company initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform constant movement, lift 10‑15 kg and stand for an entire shift.
