Operations Crew – Bakery & Warehouse (Casual)

About the role

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co as part of the morning Operations Crew supporting the in‑house bakery and warehouse at the Ferntree Gully depot. The role is casual, Monday‑Friday, with shifts from 4 am to 2.30 pm, offering around 20‑30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products, including mixing, baking, icing and finishing.
• Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment.
• Perform manual handling of goods and lift up to 15 kg.
• Pick, organise and dispatch stock for lunch vans.
• Receive, store and maintain inventory in temperature‑controlled areas.
• Keep bakery, cool rooms and warehouse clean and tidy.
• Assist with food production tasks as required.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to start early.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cool environments (3‑9 °C).
• Full Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
