Onsite Team Consultant

About the role

Chandler Macleod, one of Australia's largest recruitment agencies, is recruiting an enthusiastic Onsite Team Consultant to work on its client sites in Moorebank or Horsely Park. You will help the team meet performance and staffing management goals and build a fun, engaging and productive culture. The roster runs day and night shifts on a 7-day fortnight (Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday); hours are business hours, though remote support may be needed because the client site operates 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with employees to support retention, attendance and workforce wellbeing
• Act as onsite liaison for the client, ensuring effective communication and quality service delivery
• Manage and maintain rosters for a large workforce aligned with operational needs
• Report accurately and on time on workforce metrics, performance and KPIs
• Support recruitment and workforce utilisation targets through planning and coordination
• Promote a safety-first approach and compliance
• Identify ways to improve processes, reporting accuracy and efficiency

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and relationship management
• Workforce planning, rostering and operational coordination in fast-paced environments
• Supply chain and logistics backgrounds highly regarded
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail in reporting and data management
• Ability to influence outcomes through communication and stakeholder engagement
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
