职位概况

Award Global 在悉尼招聘租赁业务拓展经理，直属租赁业务总监。核心工作是挖掘新房东客户、完成客户入驻全流程，持续扩充托管出租房源储备库（Rent Roll），并将房源平稳移交给物业管理团队。

主要职责

制定并落地房源拓客增长策略，扩大托管出租房源规模
通过转介绍、人脉、线上平台、门店到访、线下活动等渠道挖掘线索并跟进转化
评估房屋合理租金价位，为房东提供定价建议
与房东、合作渠道、开发商建立并维护长期关系
上门完成租金估值测评，起草并签订托管服务协议
新房源签约后按标准流程移交物业团队，并在 CRM 中更新跟进记录

任职要求

英文沟通流利，精通普通话优先；熟悉悉尼租赁市场
有地产行业拓客经验及租赁成交实绩
熟悉澳洲地产法规及合规要求，持有有效澳洲房产代理从业证书
性格外向，擅长沟通与商务谈判
持有有效驾照，自备通勤车辆
