About the role
Hexagon is seeking an Office Coordinator to support its Perth CBD head office. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office management, event coordination and facility oversight while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Reception & Front of House management
- Facilities & workplace management
- Event coordination & management
- Employee onboarding & offboarding support
- HSE support
- General office administration
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate reception management, office administration or high‑end hospitality
- Strong organisational capability and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Agile mindset with capacity to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service
Required skills
- Familiarity with modern workplace management software
- Skilled in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
