Occupational Therapist Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney. In this position you will build a supportive team environment, mentor junior therapists, and manage your own caseload while delivering high‑quality therapeutic services.

Key responsibilities

• Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high‑quality clinical outcomes.
• Support graduate and early‑career Occupational Therapists through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development.
• Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation.
• Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high‑quality therapeutic services.

Required profile

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPR.
• Leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians.
• Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload.
• Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas.
• Experience delivering high‑quality services within the disability sector.
