Occupational Therapist (NDIS Provider)

About the role

A provider to the NDIS with a multi-disciplinary team approach is looking for an Occupational Therapist in Baulkham Hills and surrounding areas. The team is growing and both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Key responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
• Set meaningful, person-centred goals based on real-life routines and support needs.
• Recommend environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
• Identify and prescribe assistive technology to support independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
