Occupational Therapist – Community & Clinical Services

About the role

Join our multidisciplinary team at Ability Action Australia to provide person‑centred occupational therapy services to NDIS participants in Baulkham Hills and surrounding areas. You will work flexibly across home, community and office settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments in participants' homes and community environments.
• Set meaningful, person‑centred goals based on daily routines and support needs.
• Recommend environmental modifications for home, school and work settings.
• Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to promote independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
