About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, is recruiting a new Occupational Therapist through its Mid Year 2026 Graduate Program. The role suits someone graduating in 2026 or who has already graduated and wants to start mid-year, offering a workplace described as supportive, valued and mentored.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn
