About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy provider supporting NDIS participants of all ages, is offering a 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists graduating in 2026. The program is designed to turn a fresh graduate into a confident clinician through weekly supervision, mentoring and a supportive team.

Required profile

Graduating Speech Pathologist
SPA-registered or eligible to register upon graduation
Empathetic, curious and eager to learn
Passionate about helping people communicate and connect
Keen to join a fun, multidisciplinary team and to grow their skills with support
