About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS therapy provider, is recruiting a Speech Pathologist in Caroline Springs. The role suits someone ready for greater autonomy, more variety and the chance to grow, with mentoring and a pathway toward leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
  • Complete assessments and create meaningful therapy plans.
  • Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
  • Receive mentoring while building your career pathway.

Required profile

  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience working within the NDIS.
  • Curious, collaborative and committed to continual growth.
