Occupational Therapist

About the role

A well-established multidisciplinary allied health service, now expanding across Perth, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its close-knit team. The service works with clients you choose, in the clinic, in the community or a mix of both, and offers total flexibility in hours, caseload and working model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to clients you select, with a caseload tailored to your interests: NDIS, aged care, private clients, workers' compensation, paediatric or adult OT, or a mix.
• Work alongside physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, psychologists and counsellors.
• Structure your day around client needs and outcomes, with no billable hours or KPI targets.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community visits.
• Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check.

What we offer

• Pay of $80,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation and bonus, with uncapped earnings if you build your own client base.

• Professional indemnity insurance, tools of the trade supplied, and evidence-based resources for ADL assessments, sensory integration, assistive technology and functional capacity assessments.
