Occupational Therapist – Community Home Care

About the role

Join Lifecare Homecare, part of the APM Group, as a full‑time Occupational Therapist delivering high‑quality assessments and interventions to support independent living for clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct person‑centred assessments and provide tailored OT interventions in community settings.
• Collaborate with case managers, allied health professionals, GPs and other health care providers to ensure coordinated client care.
• Prepare reports that meet funding body standards such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP.

Required profile

• Occupational Therapy degree with general AHPRA registration.
• Full working rights in Australia, clean driver’s licence, own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).

Required skills

• Ability to work autonomously in the community and within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Experience or interest in working with older adults and adult disability populations.
