Nurse Coordinator

About the role

Genea is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Melbourne City Clinic in North Melbourne. The Nurse Coordinator works in an office environment, providing face‑to‑face and telephone support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and phone consultations, delivering results and guidance.
• Collaborate with doctors and scientists to tailor individual IVF treatment plans.
• Provide instructions for self‑administration of IVF medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records, perform clinical data entry and handle general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA‑registered Registered Nurse with strong clinical competence.
• Excellent people skills, empathy and ability to counsel patients.
• Interest in specialising in fertility and IVF care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple IT systems used for clinical documentation.
• Strong administrative and data‑entry capabilities.
