NSWA Captain - Fixed Wing

About the role

Toll Aviation, part of Toll Group, is recruiting experienced fixed-wing pilots to join its Sydney Aviation team. The pilots fly a fleet of King Air B350 and Pilatus PC-24 aircraft on an air ambulance contract based in Sydney, providing safe, reliable, mission-critical aeromedical services to the state. Pilots operate as single pilots in close teamwork with flight nurses, healthcare professionals and fellow Toll Aviation colleagues, helping deliver life-saving services such as emergency patient retrieval and patient transfer across New South Wales and into other states. Shifts start and end at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport.

Required profile

• CASA ATPL (or CPL with all ATPL subjects completed)
• CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• 1500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
• 400 hours as Multi-Engine PIC
• 100 hours night PIC
• 250 hours instrument flight time (minimum 125 in-flight)
• Multi-engine instrument rating renewals of at least 3
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team of professionals
• Ability to pass a working with children check and an ASIC card
• Must be entitled to work in Australia and ready for pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical

Required skills

• Fixed-wing pilot licence (ATPL or CPL with ATPL subjects)
• Multi-engine instrument rating
• Desirable: prior experience in the King Air B350 or Pilatus PC-24
• Desirable: 1000 hours turbine PIC
