Non-Inventory Receiver

About the role

The Non-Inventory Receiver joins a team responsible for handling non‑stock items such as MRO supplies, safety equipment, and tools at an Amazon fulfillment centre in Australia. You will operate PIT riders, receive and accurately put away goods, and support the flow of shipping supplies throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PIT rider to off‑load and accurately stow non‑inventory goods.
• Stage products, organize packaging supplies, and maintain kanban and supermarket levels for shipping supplies.
• Enter received items into the Coupa purchasing system and perform data‑entry tasks.
• Research missing shipments and assist with accounts payable payment inquiries.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts using the Amazon Purchasing System.
• Deliver shipping supplies and consumables to relevant departments.
• Support the Procurement Analyst with stock management of shipping supplies.
• Coach associates on safe work practices and report any injuries immediately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
